Batter pie with cauliflower
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Even a beginner cook can handle making this pie. The pie turns out light, yet filling enough. It can even be eaten by those who follow a not very strict diet. You can use either fresh or frozen cabbage. Instead of kefir, you can use low-fat sour cream or unsweetened yogurt. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
