Broccoli Aspic Pie
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. The pie is best served slightly warm, since essentially it is a “main dish on an edible plate”. If you want to make the pie heartier, you can add mushrooms, but it’s better to sauté them separately and then add them to the main filling. Get creative. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
