Molded Pie with Mayonnaise
Description
Recipe won't take much time. A mayonnaise‑based gelatinous pie is one of the simplest types of baked goods. Moreover, its preparation requires relatively little time. Some even reduce it to a minimum by putting a filling of raw vegetables. I don't do that, and it also doesn't take that long. In any case, the pie is worth making. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

When the carrots, onions, and cabbage are ready, season with salt to taste and add the chopped parsley. The pie filling is ready.

Step 13

Place the filling on the dough.
- 14

Bake the pie in the oven at 175‑180 °C for 35‑40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
