Kefir jelly pie in a multicooker
Description
This pie is often made after Easter week, as there are usually many leftover eggs that need to be used up. The filling is simple to prepare. The challenge lies in the dough—getting the proportions of all the pie components right. Everyone will love this custard-style pie.
Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion with herbs. Sauté in a pan with oil. Cut the previously boiled eggs and cheese into pieces, add salt, and mix with the herbs.

Step 2

Let's start with the dough. Beat the eggs with a whisk, add salt, sugar, and baking soda. Pour in the oil, then the kefir. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Step 3

Add the flour; the batter should not be too thick. Pour 2/3 of it into the greased bowl of the multicooker. Place the filling on top, then pour the remaining kefir batter over everything.

Step 4

Bake for 50 minutes using the "Baking" setting on the multicooker. Remove the cake 15 minutes after it's done. Decorate with a mayonnaise drizzle. Sprinkle herbs on top (I used dill). Deliciousness, no doubt!
