Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The baking from this recipe turns out tender and hearty. You can serve such a pie for breakfast or as a snack during the day. The filling can be very diverse, I will show only one option. I listed the amount of ingredients for an 18 cm diameter pan; for a larger pan, double the ingredients. If you are allergic to eggs or simply didn’t have any on hand at the right moment, be sure to keep this recipe in mind. It can be served with tea or coffee.
