
Chicken pour-over pie with kefir
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. The pie is very easy to make and relatively quick, if you don’t count the time it spends in the oven. The dough comes together literally in a few minutes. Before baking, you can sprinkle the pie with sesame seeds, flax seeds, or poppy seeds. Serve it with any soups and broths, or with tea as a snack. The bake is ready. Bring it to the table.

Prepare the ingredients for the pie.

Grind the boiled chicken in a meat grinder or blender.

Slice the bulb onion and fry it in a pan with sunflower oil. Finely chop the parsley. Add the onion and parsley to the chicken.

Salt and mix the filling for the pie.

Prepare the pastry for the pie. Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Whisk them lightly.

Pour in the kefir and stir.

Add salt, baking soda, and flour.

Mix a loose dough until it has a uniform consistency.
