Cabbage pie with kefir filling
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. I'd like to suggest making a cabbage casserole pie with kefir. Just mix everything, pour the batter over the filling, and bake in the oven—then enjoy the wonderful taste. This recipe is perfect for those in a hurry or who don't like spending too much time in the kitchen. The dough turns out tender and porous, and combined with the juicy filling, it's absolutely delicious! In my family, we love cabbage in any form, but you can easily replace it with any other filling you prefer: minced meat, mushrooms, potatoes, canned fish, boiled eggs, or simply sausage and cheese. This recipe is a real winner—definitely save it for later. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
