Pear jelly pie
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This cake is extremely easy to prepare, which is the special charm of batter-based baked goods— even a child can manage it. In terms of taste, it's just as good as sponge cakes and remains suitable both in summer, when berries are abundant, and in autumn, when there are plenty of fruits. As you've probably understood, the filling can be absolutely anything, but if the berries or fruits are tart, I recommend adding a little more sugar. Today, I'll be making a cake with pears; it can be served with ice cream or whipped cream. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
