
Fish Aspic in a Multicooker
Description
Before you is a simple recipe for making fish aspic in a slow cooker. This method may seem unfamiliar and complicated to some, but I assure you, cooking with a slow cooker is a real pleasure! Fish aspic can be prepared both for holidays and for everyday lunch or dinner. Good luck. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Cut the catfish head in half, rinse well, and place in the multi-cooker bowl.

Add coarsely chopped carrot and onion, fish spices, allspice, and bay leaf. Cover everything with water, cook in "Soup" mode for 15 minutes, then switch to "Stewing" mode and cook for another 2 hours.

After 2 hours, cool the broth, strain it, and pour it back into the multicooker. Add pieces of salmon, season with salt, and cook in "Soup" mode for 20 minutes.

Cool the broth to room temperature, fillet the fish and cut it into pieces, then arrange it in an attractive serving dish. Add lemon slices, decoratively cut carrots, and peppers to the fish. Pour the fish broth over everything, garnish with parsley, and refrigerate until set.
