Jellied Fish from Canned Fish
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Aspic can be made from any kind of canned fish—pilchard, sardine, mackerel, and so on all work well. For the jelly, use agar-agar and water with spices added; you can also use fish broth. This is the most budget-friendly version of aspic, but that doesn’t make it any less delicious. Serve it with a variety of side dishes.
