
Jellied Chicken Fillet with Apricots
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. We'll cook the chicken breast in advance together with carrots. We'll also add herbs, a bit of tomato, and sweet ripe apricots. For the aspic, we'll use broth and a little agar-agar. I'm sure you'll like this aspic dish—it's a good option both for a holiday table and for everyday meals. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Rinse the tomato and chop finely, add to the chicken. Rinse the herbs and chop finely, add to all the ingredients.
