Description
This dessert is made from whipped eggs, baked in the oven until a delicious crust forms. It is served with vanilla sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Place a piece of butter into a baking dish (depending on the dish size, the butter should melt and cover the entire bottom). Put the dish in the oven and turn it on in "Top-Bottom" heating mode at 175 degrees. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites with sugar, add a pinch of salt, and continue beating until the mixture is stiff enough for a spoon to stand upright. Beat the egg yolks with vanilla sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

2. Into the beaten egg whites, pour the yolks, then gently sift the flour over the yolks, distributing it evenly over the yolk surface. Carefully mix with a spoon (absolutely do not use a mixer!).

Step 3

3. Place the prepared mixture into molds, shaping it into small mounds (you can also use one large mold, whichever is more convenient for you). Quickly put the molds into the preheated oven and bake for approximately twelve to fifteen minutes.

Step 4

4. When everything is nicely browned, remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar (try to do it quickly).

Step 5

5. Serve immediately, as it quickly deflates and becomes rubbery when cold. Can be served with liquid jam, whipped cream, or vanilla sauce.
