Wine starter culture
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This homemade wine starter is an excellent base! With it, you can literally make wine from anything you like! I enjoy making tinctures, liqueurs, and wine using a raisin-based infusion: the alcohol gains a delicate flavor of Eastern spices and enhances your drink, making it light yet alcoholic. A very interesting effect—give it a try. The drink is ready to serve.

Step 1

1. Place the raisins in a clean container, then add sugar and pour water over them. Do not rinse beforehand: there are yeast bacteria on the surface of the raisins, which we need.

Step 2

2. The water should be at room temperature. Pour it in and cover the container with a layer of cheesecloth so the starter can "breathe." After 4 days of storage in a warm, dark place, the starter will be ready.

Step 3

3. Using these yeasts, you can make delicious wine from fruits or berries within 10 days. You'll love it!
