Kefir starter culture
Description
The drink is prepared quickly and easily. Ready-made homemade kefir can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days. The starter culture can be stored much longer—up to 2 weeks. One more tip: to make your kefir diet-friendly, use milk with the lowest fat content possible. I think you'll find this simple recipe for preparing kefir starter useful. Good luck!
