1. Place the hops into a saucepan, pour in hot water, and boil until the mixture reduces by half. Strain the decoction through a sieve and return it to the saucepan. Add sugar, flour, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture into a container, cover with a towel, and let it sit at room temperature for 48 hours.

2. Gather all the ingredients for making the bread.

3. Toast the spices in a pan, then crush them in a mortar and pestle, or wrap them in a paper towel and crush with a rolling pin. Sift the flour.

5. Take out the ready starter, add sugar, salt, and refined oil to it. Pour the starter into a bowl, add warm water until the total volume reaches half a liter, and mix well.
