Cracker appetizer cake
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Here is a simple recipe for making a cracker snack cake. The cake is “assembled” in layers. Each layer consists of a cracker, mayonnaise, and one more ingredient, such as egg white or grated cheese. First of all, hard-boil the eggs. On a flat salad platter, lay out some of the crackers.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the crackers. Sprinkle grated egg whites on top.

Spread with mayonnaise again, and add another layer of crackers.

Now take the saury. Mash the fish with a fork. Spread the resulting mixture onto the crackers, then spread mayonnaise on top again.

Sprinkle with chopped onion and spread with mayonnaise once more. Now sprinkle with grated cheese and minced garlic.

The final layer will consist of crackers, mayonnaise, and grated egg yolk. The top of the cake can be decorated with herbs and fresh vegetables. Before serving, place the appetizer cake in the refrigerator overnight. This is necessary so that it soaks through properly and is not dry.
