Appetizer Lavash Roll
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. The amount of ingredients and the ingredients themselves aren't that important—the main thing is that they go well together in taste. Lavash can be made yourself or store-bought. This time I had cutlets, chicken eggs, a piece of cheese, and bell pepper in the fridge. I put all the ingredients inside and wrap it tightly into a roll, then fry it in a pan. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
