Savory Cheesecake
Description

1. Crush the salted crackers into crumbs in a blender.

2. Melt the butter in the microwave, let it cool to room temperature, pour it over the cracker crumbs, and mix well.

3. On a large serving dish, place a 16 cm diameter ring mold and spread a layer of cracker crumbs mixed with butter.

4. Using a tablespoon, press the butter crumb mixture firmly to form an even layer.

5. In a bowl, mix Philadelphia cream cheese with soft cottage cheese and finely chopped green onions. Season with salt to taste, if necessary.
