Snacks Made from Sausages with Tomatoes and Cheese

Perfect for the table and with drinks. You can make the "Snakes" appetizer from sausages with tomatoes and cheese for both a New Year's feast and a children's party. Everyone loves sausages, but serving them at holidays just as they are feels somehow ordinary and a bit dull. I have an excellent and interesting solution! A quick and very tasty sausage appetizer shaped like little snakes. A wonderful idea for any occasion. Can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all ingredients. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with one small tomato.

Cut each sausage in half lengthwise.

Thread the sausages onto skewers one at a time, as shown in the photo.

Place the sliced tomatoes in the empty spaces. If desired, sprinkle ground pepper on top.

Spread the top with mayonnaise or any other sauce of your choice and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes. Five minutes before it was done, I turned on the grill setting.
