Appetizer rolls with chicken and vegetables
Description
The rolls are made from a very simple choux pastry. The dough is very pliable, doesn't tear, and is a pleasure to work with. The result is exceptionally crispy rolls with a juicy, flavorful filling of chicken fillet sautéed with vegetables. I highly recommend you try making them. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
