
Appetizer puff pastry rolls
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. These pastries make a wonderful Sunday breakfast and will delight everyone—both adults and children. Moreover, they are easy to take with you on a trip, for a walk, or to give to kids at school. Very convenient, isn't it? Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Slightly thaw the ready-made puff yeast dough so that it is easy to work with.

2. First, prepare the filling. Grate the ham and cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Finely chop the dill, mix it with mayonnaise.

4. Roll out the dough, but not too thin.

5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the dough.

8. Roll the dough with the filling into a log. Pinch the edge to seal so the log doesn't unroll and the filling doesn't fall out.

9. Cut the roll into slices about 4 cm wide. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you're confident in the parchment paper, you can leave it ungreased; otherwise, it's better to grease it with vegetable oil.
