    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Cut the tomatoes into rounds half a centimeter thick.

    Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds. Peel the garlic, and trim the stems from the parsley.

    Blend the pepper, garlic, and parsley in a blender. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Blend again until smooth.

    Place the tomatoes in a single layer on the bottom of a pot or deep bowl.

    Pour sauce over them. Layer the tomatoes again. Repeat the steps until you run out of ingredients. Then cover the tomatoes with a plate, weigh it down with something heavy, and leave at room temperature.
