Appetizer pastries with mushrooms and cheese
Description
Here is a simple recipe for making savory mushroom and cheese turnovers. I used store-bought puff pastry dough. You can use any mushrooms available— I used button mushrooms. The turnovers can be made either closed or open; however, the open ones look more attractive. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
