Snack flatbreads
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I made half a portion; you can increase the amount of ingredients by 2–3 times if you wish, especially if a large group of eaters is expected. The flatbreads made with this recipe turn out very tender, airy, with a tasty crispy crust, and will definitely please everyone! You can add cheese or any other toppings to the filling, adjust to your taste. I ended up with 6 small individual flatbreads; if desired, you can make larger pastries by dividing the finished dough into 2–3 portions.
