Crab Snack Fritters
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. In our country crab meat and sticks have become firmly established and we use them actively in salads. I suggest making wonderful crab pancakes with the addition of sweet bell pepper and green onion. If you have herbs – parsley or dill – add them to the crab mixture. The pancakes turn out soft inside with a crispy crust. Crab pancakes are delicious both hot and cooled. They go well with sour cream or cream, with tea or coffee. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
