Appetizer pizza on puff pastry
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. I use store-bought puff pastry, but you can make it yourself, although that requires time and effort. The pastry is sold frozen in stores, so I thaw it at room temperature before using. For the filling, you can use any ingredients you like. I always serve the pizza hot.
