Appetizer in Tartlet Cups
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cakes shaped like animals no longer surprise anyone, so why not make an appetizer in the shape of the symbol of the approaching year? Such an appetizer will look very charming on the holiday table, and the kids will especially love it—they can take part in the preparation process. You can use any filling for the tartlets, to your taste; the main thing is that it should be pliable and hold its shape well. I'll tell you and show you how. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Peel the potatoes boiled in their skins and the hard-boiled eggs. Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater.

Also grate the potatoes and eggs on a grater.

Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and minced garlic.

Mix. A pliable dough should form.

Trim the tips off the olives — use them to make noses for the little dogs, and cut some small rounds for the eyes.

From ham or boiled sausage, cut out ears and tongues.

And we shape little dogs :) The pupils can be made from nuts.
