Appetizer in Tartlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Additionally, we will need a drinking straw, toothpicks, and small cookie cutters in the shape of a circle and a heart. If you don't have such cutters, no problem. Cut ear and snout-hoof stencils out of paper and use them instead. Everything is quite quick and simple—I invite you to watch. Serve with greens and sauce.

Prepare all necessary ingredients. Cook the rice in advance.

Grate the sticks, cheese, and garlic on a fine grater. Add everything to the rice and mix with mayonnaise. Salt if needed.

With damp hands, shape balls from the prepared mixture and place them in the tartlet tins.

Prepare the components for the piglets. Use a straw to punch eyes out of olives. Small sausage hearts will be the ears, and punch 2 holes with a straw in a sausage circle to make little hooves.

Press the little heel and the eyes firmly against the ball, slide the ears onto the ends of toothpicks, and stick them into the ball. Don't forget to warn your guests to remove the toothpicks.
