Appetizer
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. I suggest making a light appetizer, "Mushrooms in Bacon," in just 30 minutes! Use as many mushrooms as you like—you can make a very large batch at once; the main thing is to have a slice of smoked bacon on each mushroom. Inside, there’s only grated cheese and nothing else—very tasty and juicy, and what an aroma! You can use any spices, but in my opinion, they’re not needed. Check out the recipe and give it a try.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. The amount of mushrooms should match the amount of bacon.

Step 2

2. Wash the mushrooms, carefully remove the stems. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

Step 3

3. Wrap each mushroom (cap) in bacon. My bacon was wide, so I folded it in half lengthwise. If it unwraps, secure it with a toothpick.

4. Fill the mushrooms with cheese.

Step 5

5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
