Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. I won’t even tell you that an appetizer with sun-dried tomatoes turns out delicious—that’s obvious enough, I think :) I like that this appetizer comes together quickly but looks elegant. I hope you’ll enjoy it too. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    Toast cleaned seeds in a dry skillet (literally 30 seconds, so they don’t overheat), then grind them to crumbs in a food processor.

    Add sun-dried tomatoes, a little olive oil, and spices.

    Process until homogeneous.

    Spread a little goat cheese on each cracker.

    On top, add a little of the tomato‑and‑seed paste you’ve made by grinding/chopping them. Your appetizer is ready!
