Description

The baking is simple and quick. Personally, I've long given up on elaborate feasts with heaps of salads, meat and cheese platters, hot potatoes with meat, and other such delights. After all, half (at best) of the food always remains untouched! But this easy sausage snack recipe is perfect! Just think: different kinds of canapés, two savory pies, one salad, and one meat dish—and your table looks full while you have less work. This can be served with tea or coffee.

    1. Beat the eggs with salt until smooth, then add sour cream and baking soda activated with vinegar, and beat again. Then add flour and mix until smooth. The dough is ready!

    2. Cut the cheese and sausage into cubes. Add to the dough together with a spoonful of butter. Mix thoroughly.
