Appetizer with Sausage Cheese

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. I had sausage cheese on hand, but if you have another kind, use that instead. The appetizer can be baked in the oven or in the microwave. It's best served warm so the cheese stretches. You can add herbs and spices to taste. Serve with greens and sauce.

   Cut the sausage cheese into thin slices. Place the bread on a baking sheet, then the sausage cheese.

   Wash and slice the tomatoes thinly, arrange them on top of the cheese (approximately 2-3 pieces per slice).

   Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Finely chop the herbs and use them to garnish the finished appetizer. Serve the dish slightly warm.
