Hot Cheese Appetizer
Description
Unusual in appearance, appetizing in taste, and original shortcrust tartlets with cheese are perfect as an appetizer for a festive table. Don't be surprised by the slightly unusual combination of blueberries and salty cheese; the berries need to be simmered with spices so they absorb a new aroma and match the tartlet filling. You can make the shells at home or use store-bought ones. The main thing is that the dough should be firm, so it won't become soggy during cooking. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
