Appetizer with Brinza
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. A magnificent appetizer. You can serve it in an unusual way—in Chinese soup spoons. It turns out very beautiful and delicious. If you have red caviar, you can use it instead of tomato. It will be wonderfully festive and original—truly fit for royalty. Can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Boil the chicken eggs hard. Cool them. Peel and cut each egg in half. Remove the yolk halves. Place them in a bowl. Grate the brine cheese.

Step 2

Add sour cream and mustard to the ingredients. Mix well. I did not add salt or spices. My brined cheese is salty, and the mustard has enough spices.

Step 3

Mash the mixture with a fork until smooth. Then fill the egg white halves with the prepared mixture.

Step 4

Arrange the filled egg halves on a plate. Garnish with a piece of tomato and chopped dill. Serve.
