Appetizer with Eggplants and Garlic
Description
Perfect with meals and drinks. This eggplant and garlic appetizer is simple and quick to prepare. You can enjoy this dish not only in summer, but also when eggplants are out of season. Vinegar is often added to similar dishes; I don't. Fresh tomato is an excellent substitute for vinegar, adding the necessary tang. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
