Appetizer
Description
The appetizer comes together quickly and easily. If you don't have tuna on hand right now, feel free to use other canned fish instead: mackerel, pink salmon, or even sprats. Or you can skip the cans and use simply smoked or salted fish. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.

1. Flake the tuna with a fork.

2. Grate the egg and add it to the tuna.

3. Mix everything together, add chopped garlic.

4. Then add the mayonnaise.

5. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Spread the fish mixture on the cracker.

7. Finely chop the crab sticks.

8. Sprinkle with filled crackers cut into sticks.

9. Decorate to look like piglets. I made the ears from a crab stick, the snout from a piece of red fish, and the eyes and nostrils from peppercorns.
