Description
The recipe won't take much time. This tender, eye-catching appetizer always impresses guests! On the outside—bright balls that look like Raffaello candies; inside—a tangy filling with a surprise: a pistachio or an olive. It's easy and quick to make, requires no baking, and the result is a true feast of flavor. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list. Boil the eggs in advance.

Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater; set aside about one-third of the grated crab sticks.

Grate the boiled eggs on the same fine grater and add them to the crab sticks.

Grate the processed cheese on a grater and add it to the combined mixture.

Add one or two garlic cloves grated on a grater. You can also press the garlic through a garlic press.
