Appetizer with Caviar
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. To make the “Petushki” appetizer, you will need waffle shells—the kind we usually use for waffle cakes—and a rooster-shaped cookie cutter. For the filling, I use eggs, processed cheese, and garlic. It is the perfect combination. The result is very tasty, juicy, savory mini cakes that will replace any sandwiches on your table. This appetizer is ideal for both an everyday meal and a buffet. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
