Appetizer
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. I first spotted the New Year's Matryoshka appetizer at someone's home. I liked it right away—both for its originality and its flavor; the combination of ingredients is very good. It's also easy to eat: one bite and into your mouth. In short, an excellent New Year's appetizer—I recommend it! :) Serve the appetizer at the table.

Ingredients.

First, dice 2/3 of the cucumber into small cubes.

Cut the remaining third of the cucumber into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

Similarly, we do the same with the fish: finely chop 2/3...

...cut 1/3 into thin slices.

Peel and dice the avocado into small cubes.

Mix the finely chopped ingredients.

Squeeze in the lemon juice as well.

Add the cheese as well.

Mix well—and the filling for our little baskets is ready.

Place the filling in the baskets.

Now take a thin slice of cucumber, place a thin slice of fish on it, and roll it up into a roll.

Secure the roll with a toothpick.

Secure a toothpick with the roll in the center of the basket.

Finally, from a thin slice of cucumber peel (easy to make with a vegetable peeler), make a roll as well. Secure the resulting roll on the same toothpick.
