Appetizer on Chips

Peel the eggs from their shells and grate them on a coarse grater.

Grate the hard cheese or processed cheese on a grater as well.

Peel the garlic and crush it with a garlic press.

Mix all the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise, adding it in small portions. The filling for the chips should not be too moist, or the chips will quickly go soft.
