Appetizer on Chips
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday. For the holiday table, we often serve open sandwiches with various pâtés. And most often we spread the pâté on pieces of bread, but you can do it differently—not so banal. Today I’ll tell you. You can serve it warm or chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

For an appetizer, you can use store-bought pâté, or you can blend liver stewed with onion in a blender.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the pâté.
- 3
Step 3

If your pâté is very thick, you can add a teaspoon of mayonnaise. Mix the cheese with the pâté until you get a uniform mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the cucumber into thin petals.
- 5
Step 5

Defrost the cranberries.
- 6
Step 6

For this appetizer, Pringles chips are very convenient to use; they have the ideal shape.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the pâté filling on each chip, garnish with cranberries and cucumber.
