Appetizer on Chips
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Across the internet and among many acquaintances, I’ve seen the chip appetizer “Treasure Island” made with crab sticks. But for such a grand name, plain crab sticks don’t seem right to me. So I want to offer my own version of this tasty appetizer. I’ll tell you how. The appetizer is ready. Serve it right away.

Step 1
Thaw the seafood mix. Then add it to boiling salted water with lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and cool the seafood mix.

Cut the seafood finely and transfer to a bowl. Add finely chopped dill and an egg grated on a fine grater.

Wash the cucumber, cut it into small cubes, and transfer it to the shared bowl with the other ingredients.

Grate the cheese using a fine grater, then add it to the remaining ingredients.

Season the future appetizer with mayonnaise and mustard, add salt and pepper. Then mix well.

Place the salad on the chips and garnish with watercress immediately before serving at the table.
