Appetizer on Chips

We won't need many ingredients for the appetizer.

Blanch the tomato and peel off its skin. Then dice the tomato into small cubes and place it in a colander to let the excess juice drain off. Mince the herbs and garlic.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Before serving, add the mayonnaise and mix.
