Appetizer on chips
Description
This recipe won't take much time. And the best thing about this appetizer is that it comes together in just minutes! Grate processed cheese, mix it with mayonnaise, spread the mixture onto chips, and voilà—an original appetizer for when guests arrive is ready! Your husband will appreciate it too when you serve it with beer—it's not just munching on chips or crackers! You can also experiment with fillings. Here is one option,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the cheese on the finest grater into fine shreds. I recommend using fairly firm cheese, not too soft, or it will be hard to grate.
- 3
Step 3

Finely chop the green onion and add it to the cheese. The onion will diversify the flavor of the appetizer and make it brighter.
- 4
Step 4

Add the mayonnaise and mash well until smooth and uniform.
- 5
Step 5

Put half a tablespoon of the cheese mixture on each chip. Ideally, use Pringles chips, but regular chips from a bag will work too. After 10–15 minutes, the chips will soften slightly from the mayonnaise, and then you can serve the appetizer.
