Appetizer
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Strange as it may sound, but I’ll teach you how to make the appetizer “Fly Agaric Bites.” Completely legal, edible “mushrooms” made from sausage, cheese, eggs, and vegetables with herbs. At any festive feast, this appetizer is always a hit, because it’s essentially made from familiar salad ingredients. Good luck! The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Lay out all the required ingredients on the table. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the tomatoes in half and the cucumbers into slices. Finely chop all the herbs. Grate the hard-boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater, and dice the sausage.
- 3
Step 3

We start assembling the "little fly agarics." Mix the eggs and cheese with mayonnaise. Spoon the egg-and-cheese filling onto cucumber rounds. These will be the mushroom stems. Cherry tomatoes will serve as the caps. Instead of grass—greens under the mushrooms. And the final important touch—white mayonnaise dots on the mushroom caps.
