Caprese Appetizer
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Caprese appetizer is an incredibly delicious appetizer that will look much more festive and interesting on any table than traditional meat, vegetable, and cheese platters. I have no doubt the Caprese appetizer will pleasantly surprise your guests even before they try it. Well, and after that... there's nothing more to say :) A light, delicious, and original appetizer in Italian style. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 1
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Either cut the mozzarella into tiny pieces with a knife, or simply tear it apart with your fingers.

Wash fresh basil and tear into leaves.

Thread the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil alternately onto skewers or toothpicks. Arrange on a nice platter, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top — done!
