Appetizer for Wine
Description
A cheese appetizer plate served with wine will be very handy on the New Year's table. Cheese, as everyone knows, is one of the best and most common accompaniments to wine, white or red, as well as to rosé wines and champagne. Relax and enjoy your favorite dishes and appetizers. Happy holidays! Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 1

To prepare a cheese appetizer for wine, we need to cut the cheese. I suggest taking several kinds of cheese that are completely different in flavor and cutting them into sticks. The cheese in the photo is made from heated milk with basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and bell pepper added.

Step 2

Cut hard cheese such as "Detskiy" into the same batons.

Step 3

Cut the "Kavkazsky"-type cheese into triangles.

Step 4

Place the cheese on a serving plate (or cutting board). I used this type of presentation. Pour the honey into a small container and set it on the plate. Arrange several grapes. The grapes are very sweet and flavorful, and pair excellently with cheese. You can complement the platter with any nuts or olives.
