Potato snack for beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I don't even know what to tell you about this beer snack. When I write about it, my mouth waters. When I eat it, I can't stop. When I finish it, I lick the plate clean and go make a second serving. When I finish the second one, I go to bed already thinking about the next time I'll be drinking beer with this snack. Ah..
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Line the baking sheet with foil, spray the foil with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2
Step 2

If the potatoes are young, you don't need to peel them; if they're old, the skin needs to be removed. Then cut the potatoes into large wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- 3
Step 3

First, salt and pepper the potatoes, then drizzle with olive oil. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 210 degrees, and forget about the potatoes for 40–45 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, let's prepare the sauce. To do this, in a small bowl mix mayonnaise, hot ketchup (or some red hot paste), the zest of one lime, and a tablespoon of lime juice. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
- 5
Step 5

Whisk the sauce until smooth.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the cooked potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and finely grated Parmesan.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the potatoes with the sauce we prepared. Open a beer, get comfortable — and enjoy :)
