Beet appetizer

Prepare all ingredients.

Bake the beets in foil until tender. Then let cool completely.

Peel the beet, grate it on a grater, and transfer it to a deep bowl.

Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet until golden brown, then chop them coarsely. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add to the beets.
