Sweet Pepper and Cheese Appetizer
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Such a deceptively simple appetizer is actually very popular in my family. It’s light yet truly delicious. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the peppers thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels. Then remove the seeds and cut them however you prefer. I sliced them into rings—this makes them easier to stuff.
- 2
Step 2
Grate the cheese (use any kind you like). Use a grater with medium-sized holes.
- 3
Step 3
Wash the dill and pat dry. Finely chop it.
- 4
Step 4
Peel the garlic and mince it as well. A garlic press is handy for this.
- 5
Step 5
Mix all the filling ingredients, add the butter and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
- 6
Step 6
Place the prepared filling in the refrigerator briefly.
- 7
Step 7
After 10–15 minutes, remove the filling and stuff the peppers with it. Garnish the appetizer with herbs. The dish is ready to serve!
